WELCOME
LaVigne Consulting is a boutique consulting company for behavioral healthcare companies and professionals. We hold an ethos that through clinical discernment - using insight, intention, and flexibility - we can transcend traditional treatment models and deliver care that is not only effective, but deeply human. My niche is to build programs rooted in empathy, structure, and ethical integrity where clients feel seen and heard.

Meet the Founder
Emily LaVigne, AAS, CADC-II
After spending years in the field, I recognized the deficits in behavioral healthcare lie in the missed opportunities of supervision, team investment, emotional awareness in leadership, and clinically- informed decision making.
A split decision at 1AM to find a way to fill those gaps is how LaVigne Consulting was born.

Provider Consultation
Creating a facility that is above board, ethical, and clinically competent can be challenging. Consulting services play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall functionality and efficacy of behavioral healthcare facilities. Provider consultation can be provided to behavioral healthcare facilities or individual practitioners looking to expand their skillset and expertise in the field. Services include DHCS licensure and certification, JCAHO/CARF accreditation and/or survey prep, INN credentialing, program development, compliance assistance, leadership development, implementing best practices, and more.
Clinical Training & Leadership Development
Investing in your company begins with investing in yourself and your team. Our unique and innovative trainings can alter your facility culture, client-care, and outcomes significantly. I have innovated my own educational curriculum, centered around person-centered care and utilizing clinical discernment to make informed, ethically-sound decisions.

Group Facilitation
I provide group therapy sessions for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. I design all my groups with an overarching goal to empower others, promote self-awareness, and build self-worth.
I adapt my teaching methods to suite individuals using art, visual learning, didactic, writing components, or open discussions. I am grateful of my ability to establish rapport, build connection, and cultivate a learning environment to guide clients at various stages of change readiness.
