As a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), I provide 1-hour group therapy sessions for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. I design all my groups with an overarching goal to promote self-awareness, build self-worth and assist clients in exploration of spirituality, core belief systems, and negative schema. I adapt my teaching methods to suite individuals using art, visual learning, writing components, or discussion forums. I am grateful of my ability to establish rapport, build connection, and cultivate a learning environment to guide clients at various stages of change readiness. I provide a variety of group topics.

Not everyone has the same needs. The behavioral healthcare space can be daunting, and unfortunately many individuals get connected with providers or services that are not clinically appropriate for them.

This service connects individuals and families to appropriate care using tailored assessments to collect history, assess strengths & needs, presenting issues, and goals. This service is transparent, honest and intended to guide you in the right direction while preserving autonomy. If a facility or service is not right for your needs, it will not be recommended.

This service is completely free and includes full continuum of care referral, resource list, follow ups, interventionist referral option, and placement assistance.
