EMILY LAVIGNE
FOUNDER/CEO
Hello! I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LaVigne Consulting, a behavioral healthcare consulting company established in 2023. LaVigne Consulting is rooted in the belief that true transformation occurs when individuals, families, and treatment providers are empowered with the right resources, education, and support. LaVigne Consulting is driven to provide behavioral healthcare facilities with person-centered quality care.

I grew up in Carmel, California in a family of adopted siblings and two wonderful parents. We moved to Seattle, Washington when I was 11 years old where my addiction story began. In my addiction, I experienced tremendous suffering in the form of lost relationships, homelessness, separation from my family, loss of motherhood, and much more. I relocated to Los Angeles, California at 21 years old where I began my recovery journey. I began working in treatment in 2016 with minimal occupational experience and a desire to help others. Throughout these past 8 years, I have become a seasoned professional with a rich background in clinical management and leadership roles. By fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, I have cultivated teams that are not only proficient in their roles, but deeply dedicated to our shared mission of transforming lives through client-centered care. This hands-on experience has equipped me with the insight and empathy needed to navigate the challenges inherent in this field. I attended Intercoast Colleges where I graduated in 2020 with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Substance Use Disorder Counseling and became a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC). I am also a proud Professional Member of NAADAC where I continue to remain involved in my community and progress my understanding of the intricacies of behavioral healthcare. My passion for advancing effective treatment strategies and supporting those in need drives my vision for LaVigne Consulting.
I have witnessed both sides of this disease personally and professionally for years. I have dedicated my life to a career in behavioral healthcare. Client-centered care begins at the top of an organization with effective procedures, quality program design, educated clinicians and support staff, and ultimately, the willingness to grow. I hope that you choose to embark on this journey with me.

With Love,
Emily
